In 1989, 27 year-old Parisian lawyer, Nicolas Rambeau, went in search for his own piece of paradise. He looked around the Philippines and found it on the island of Siargao. At that time, due to the island's remote location, Nicolas was only the third foreigner ever to set foot on Siargao. Nicolas surveyed Siargao and found an amazing area: a coconut plantation nestled between a tranquil lagoon and a mangrove river fringed by forested hills.

All villas are enclosed in private gardens, have bigger verandahs and rooms, have air-conditioning and ceiling fans, mini refrigerators, spacious bathrooms equipped with hot water, etc. The difference between the superior villa and regular villa is that the superior one has a bathtub and separate enclosure for the toilet. The garden cottages are much smaller, they are also air-conditioned and have ceiling fans, but their bathrooms are OUTSIDE the cottage and do not have running hot water.  

Inclusive in Pansukian's rates are free use of the following; hobbies cat, ocean kayaks, snorkeling equipment, volleyball, billiards, board and card games, library But we also offer island discovery tours (-- if you're lucky, you may just see a whale shark en route to one of the islands!), surfing expeditions, deep-sea fishing, and SCUBA diving lessons for those looking for a little more excitement!
