Information |
Initially conceived as a family vacation house, Dr.
Ma. Gloria Alano-Caluya, a former professor of
Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU), Batac City
and a native of Laoag City, decided to open this
resort to the public in 2004.
Aside from the natural vista of the place and the
distinct hospitality of the staff of Rio Grande,
another reason guests should visit the resort is its
affordability. |
