first operated on May 8 of 1997, rises along Vintar Road amidst
the rice fields at the northeastern part of Laoag City downtown.
With an aggregate total land of 3,509 square meters, this
four-story edifice houses four (4) outlets, a coffee shop and
restaurant, a disco house, a Videoke bar, and a swimming pool.
Its room accommodations cater to a maximum of eighty (80)
