From a five-cottage affair, Cha-li has now expanded
to include a 3-storey hotel building, which offers a
total of 13 cottages, 26 hotel rooms and 3 studio
rooms. It also has a Convention hall that could
accommodate as many 400 persons. Live-in seminar
facilitates could house a maximum of 260 persons.
If you prefer to stay closer to the waters of
Macajalar Bay, then the five original deluxe
cottages of Chali have the best view of the beach.
All cottages are fully air-conditioned and furnished
with color cable TV, telephone/intercom, hot and
cold water/bath. Mini refrigerators are available in
the deluxe cottages and superior hotel rooms. |

Facilities |
For the fitness buff, the basketball/tennis court,
swimming pool and the beach are just right to flex
those muscles. A Gazebo, which has a billiard pool,
dartboard and chessboards, is the right place for
those who want to unwind with friends and partners.
For the Sunday and holiday picnickers, the Huts and
Tables by the beach are perfect to while the time
away. A Tree House offers a new perspective in
enjoying the vista of the bay.

Description: |

At the starting point (Mambuaya
River), you will be briefed on whitewater and do padding
exercises.
You will experience navigating down mighty river of
Cagayan De Oro's swift currents and Rapids using a river
raft which can withstand hitting against rock and other
obstacle on the river.
The 12.32 km. stretch has breathtaking rapids that
provide the more adventurous with thrills and challenges
of rapids in interval of not less than 10-15 minutes of
each other. Washing machine, surprise, Brave's way,
Rodeo, Kiss the wall, makabundol, Chris drop...these are
just few of the names given by the river rafting
adventure in Mambuaya river in Cagayan De Oro City.
One would be tossed and turned in the spin cycle of
washing machine; be surprised at the rapids named, what
else, surprised; become fearless after crossing brave's
way; feel like riding a wild bull in rodeo; and sense
adrenaline pumping while paddling hard to the left so as
not to hit the rocky river wall to the right side in
kiss the wall...makabundol, is a short run but had
turbulent waters. Chris drop-is named after a guy who
fell off a raft. |
