The Sea Wind Hotel comprises of 18 magnificent air-conditioned rooms. All rooms are designed for visitor's utmost comfort and convenience. The spacious air-conditioned accommodations with private baths and hot and cold showers are fully-equipped with a mini-refrigerator, AC, Cable TV, direct phone, channel music, shower/bath tub, minibar, work desk, safe deposit box, double bed, and king bed. Rooms also comprise of a balcony where visitors can enjoy the rising and setting of the sun through the comforts of their own room.

The restaurant, Pikoy's, serves local and international cuisine and is open from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm. Seafood and barbeques are served al fresco at the Garden Terrace from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm. True North, the hotel bar, located by the pool, is open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Other facilities include a 4 foot deep swimming pool, a children's playground, a museum of the owner's antique collections, a gift shop, and Habagat Deck, the hotel's function room. The resort also offers spa services, babysitting, and can arrange rentals for water sports.
