Information |
The name "Eskaya" refers to the only known
indigenous people of Bohol, Philippines. The resort
is in Panglao Island, which is at the southernmost
tip of Bohol. It is located halfway through Panglao
along its coast facing Bohol Sea. The resort is a
sprawling 16-hectare property. It has a boutique
style with only 15 well-appointed villas which
accounts for its privacy. Two villas, the
Presidential & Family, have 2 bedrooms with 2
bathroom facilities & living room. The resort is a
good place for those looking for peace & serenity.
You cannot expect too many people around. But if you
want night life, a few minutes you can be at Alona
Beach.
Architecture of the buildings is decidedly Filipino
with a splash of modern amenities. The thatched
villas, or “balai” in the dialect, are
single-detached. These are built with sturdy
construction materials, but the ample use of
indigenous materials like bamboo, cogon, and wood
for finishing is highly evident |

ride from Manila's Ninoy Aquino International
Airport to Tagbilaran City Airport for 1 hour. If
you choose Mactan (Cebu) International Airport from
Manila, you can take a ferry from Cebu to Tagbilaran
for 1 hour & 30 minutes. Then you're off to the
resort in 25 minutes. |

dine at Eskaya. Lantawan Restaurant has a cool
feeling yet with a warm ambience. It is facing the
Infinity Swimming Pool & the royal blue sea beyond.
You can dine alfresco at the poolside while gazing
the moon & the stars. Dining is best during full
moon when you can have an unobstructed view of the
moon playing with the clouds & you can marvel at the
moonshine in the waters beyond. Beachfront dining is
best with a bonfire & the smell of the food grills
just in front of you. Other choices for dining are
the seaside decks where you can have privacy.
There is nothing better during breakfast than
watching birds fly by in the gardens. For those who
opt for more seclusion, we offer in-villa dining.
