in downtown Bacolod City. The seaport is about a
5-minute drive away while the city’s biggest mall
(SM City Bacolod) may either be reached in one long
leisurely stroll or through a 3-minute ride.
We are walking distance from the central wet market,
thrift shops, local department stores, pharmacies,
bakeries, banks, the public plaza (where the
world-famous MassKara Festival Dance Competition is
being held annually), the San Sebastian Cathedral
and a premiere Bacolod pasalubong (gift)
shop—Virgie’s. Across the street is a Christian
church. An alley of fruit stands selling tropical
fruits in season is also a stone’s throw away.
Taxis and jeepney service may be accessed nearby

third level houses the two family rooms, one big and
the other small. All rooms come with individual
